Mediation is HARD! Come join Maggie Mae Mae-hem (a pup of Pure Joy and Presence) and I for, Maggie Mae-hem Moving Meditation Mondays. Only 10 minutes of your day to start your week, come back to throughout your week. Ground, center connect BUT without the ridged, “SIT, STAY” of what we perceive about meditation. There is traditional Moving Meditation, yet I tend to put my own spin on things. This Moving Meditation will follow a more yoga flow, ACCESSIBLE to all body types and levels. It is easy, gentle moving with your breath instead of examining it. Because through “moving with” we often come to, all on our own, “examination and awareness of BREATH, transitioning to MINDFULNESS, ONENESS and PEACE/PRESENT. If I can meditate ANYONE can (more to come on that). And often the first step is MOVEMENT. So allow a little Mae-hem in your thoughts about meditation and let Maggie help us all Move into Meditation.
